Cancellation

Cancellations received at least 24 hours before confirmed pickup may receive a refund, excluding non-recoverable processor costs where applicable.

Weather decisions are made by maritime authorities and the operating team. If the excursion cannot operate safely, another available date or the applicable refund will be offered.
