Is this truly a full-day excursion?
Yes. Total time changes by hotel, but the operation includes transport, boarding, sailing, beach time and return.
What if my arrival plans change?
Message us before departure. The team will review availability to move the date or adjust coordination.
Does the price include pickup?
Pickup is included in the areas stated by each plan. If your accommodation is outside the route, any supplement is confirmed before payment.
Can I book at the last minute?
Yes, when capacity remains. Next-day requests are confirmed personally on WhatsApp.
Is it suitable for children?
The shared excursion welcomes families. Tell us the children's ages and any special needs before booking.
When is the exact pickup time confirmed?
Pickup is coordinated around the transport route and hotel area. We send the confirmed time and meeting point on WhatsApp; at larger resorts this is normally the lobby or the access point designated by the hotel.
Can I lift a starfish out of the water for a photo?
No. Starfish should be observed underwater and never touched or lifted. We want Palmilla to remain healthy for the guests who visit after us.
Which crossing uses the catamaran and which uses the speedboat?
The excursion uses one boat in each direction. The order depends on daily operations, port logistics and conditions, so your catamaran ride may be outbound or return.
